McDonald's Australia Customer
Satisfaction Survey
The McDonald's Australia Customer Satisfaction Survey is designed to
capture public opinions and perceptions on the brand and its services. It is
also an essential way for the company to improve its services and customer
relations – based on positive, neutral or negative feedback. The portal is
especially important for customers to leave reviews about their recent
experiences at Mc Donald’s. This includes drive-thru services, along with
in-restaurant dining and more. No matter what they customers feel, they are
free to leave any reviews, suggestions, recommendations, and complaints. These
will be handled in a timely manner – and customers will receive follow-up
correspondence via store owners, store managers, district managers, or other
officials.
The First Page
The first page brings you to a user-friendly search portal. This enables
customers and reviewers to type in which McDonald’s location(s) they recently
visited. They can do this by inputting restaurant number,
postcode, or suburb. The site will automatically check restaurant locations
within their network to find the right establishment. From Sydney and Melbourne
to Canberra and all points between – the search results will rapidly be
delivered with a number of pertinent findings. You simply need to select the
corresponding location to proceed with the survey. Once this is done, you will
go on to the next page – which asks “where did you order from?” The options are
as follows:
- Counter
- Kiosk
- Drive Thru
- McCafe
Once you select the right choice, simply press next. You can
also press previous on any page to go back to a previous page. The next page
asks what time did you visit the location? The options are Breakfast, Lunch,
Dinner, or Late Night. Select the right answer and press next.

Us?
The next page wants to know when you visited the location.
This includes Today, Yesterday, or Other – press next. You will then go to a
page that asks to rate your overall experience with this location? The options
are as follows:
- Highly satisfied
- Satisfied
- Neither Satisfied or dissatisfied.
- Dissatisfied
- Highly dissatisfied
Press next and the new page asks how satisfied you were with
the quality of your meal? The above bullet list includes same options for this
page. Select your answer and press next – you will then be asked about the
friendliness of your experience? Again, use the bullet list above to enter your
answer and press next. The next page wants to know if they got your order
right? Simply select yes or no and press next. You will then be asked about the
speed of the services. Select the answer you feel best reflects your experience
and press next.
The next page asks how satisfied you were with the cleanliness
of the restaurant. Select the best answer and press next to access the next
survey. This page wants to know “How likely are you to recommend this Macca's
to family or friends?” There will be a 1-10 scale with 10 being Highly Likely.
Select the number you feel best reflects your experience and press Submit.
After pressing submit, you can then leave additional
comments, recommendations, or suggestions for the restaurant or the McDonald’s
brand as a whole. Press submit and you are done.
